As an individual with ADHD working in program evaluation and research, I am a wonderful teacher and team coach who can breathe life into monitoring and evaluation projects. I enjoy providing technical support to non-profit and public health leadership. I also enjoy identifying contextual connections and understanding systems in a way that has allowed me in previous positions to ask better questions and significantly improve the design and impact of projects. My ability to be empathetic and vulnerable even in public speaking allows me to convey compelling stories - critical skills in storytelling and bringing data to life.
