Amanda Jones

About Me

I have been working in fundraising database management for over 12 years. I enjoy storytelling through data, and I have experience in delivering actionable management results through data analysis and reporting. Presently, I am looking to transfer my skills into a role similar to my current position, but to one that is fully remote and outside of the non-profit world.

Ideal Workplace Values

I would say that I value a workplace that is collaborative and respectful, but also is a place that supports those who are more autonomous and introverted. I feel that each individual should be supported to growth in the direction that they wish to take their careers. I also value work environments that hone efficient and effective processes over quick delivery and less than optimal results.
