About Me

I am a Graphic Designer with additional experiences in Branding, Print Production, Social Media Marketing, and Photography. I have a unique passion for taking a number of abstract attributes and qualities that a client wants to portray, and distilling them all down into a single, unified image. I have a strong love of social justice and political activism. I have a soft spot for small businesses, non-profits, freelancers, and organizations who often cannot afford to access more refined branding services, and have often made them my target market, delivering clean and refined branding solutions to replace what is often homemade or cheaply designed. I have given social media follower increases of up to 500% the starting base within a year. I have designed article layouts for magazines with over 10,000 copies in monthly distribution.

Ideal Workplace Values

I enjoy working in a project-based environment where collaboration is informal and operates more like an assembly line. I appreciate working beside coworkers on separate projects more than directly with them on one project, in order to keep designs consistent and cohesive throughout. I value a workplace that prioritizes family and private life and keeps healthy expectations of its employees. I respect employers who respect me as an employee. I value progressive politics and the openness to economic and social reform, and appreciate a workplace that advocates for the same and leads by example via how they treat their employees.

Neuroexceptional Talents

I have a great visual eye for identifying details and subtle differences, as well as the ability to distill many concepts into combined, singular images, icons, and logos. I think literally in the sense that I complete tasks as requested and do not take too much creative license unless specifically told to. I can think about projects or final products in light of their intended uses and functions, and ignore traditions or stereotypes that possibly hinder those functions. I can infodump, and expand thoughts and ideas for added clarity and give thorough explanation.
