I am an enthusiastic, self-motivated, reliable, responsible and hard working person. I am a professional with excellent communication management skills. I have proven project management and implementation skills, with exceptional leadership talent developed through my education, volunteering, and work experience. I am looking for a position where my Asperger's traits are a benefit. I thrive when working independently and being self reliant. Continued learning, problem solving, entering & analyzing data, and staying busy are considered job perks. I enjoy editing (text, video, & audio). Excel is my favorite application in Microsoft Office Suite. I enjoy and excel at training others, instructional design, book keeping, event planning, website management, and research.
Ideal Workplace Values
I appreciate being able to work in an environment with few distractions and minimal interruptions. I prefer concise and direct information about projects and end goals. I love learning new things and would like a position that allows for learning. My ideal work situation would balance desk time with venturing out, ( go on site, going out to train others or implement new processes, travel etc…). I do not thrive in work environments where I feel chained to my desk inside of a cubicle.
