About Me

I have been a pastor for 20+ years, but I feel church no longer matches what I value. Everything is about evangelizing and tricking people to believe in a god, instead of loving disenfranchised groups. I love helping people, I love being behind the scenes and supporting diverse voices and perspectives. I love movies. I’ve published a peer reviewed academic research paper on the Gendered Violence of the Friday the 13th film series. My work was described as ground breaking research and has been sited numerous times in academic journals. I have also done ground breaking research on the director Wes Craven (my personal favorite). If I am passionate about a subject I relentlessly research until I’m an expert on the interest.

Ideal Workplace Values

A place where I can be supportive of minority, oppressed and/disenfranchised voices and perspectives. To be the behind scenes scaffolding and advocate, that executes someone’s vision. We love being creative and to work in collaboration with others.
