I am a career changer who has recently upskilled to learn data analysis and would love an opportunity to grow professionally. I relate and work well with others and have been in a leadership (shop steward) role over the years. I would prefer opportunities where I can work independently but remain part of a team striving for the betterment of the employer and their business goals. I'm highly competitive at times, great sense of humor and have an inherent "mama bear" or "mother hen" personality when it comes to my coworkers. Continuing education and "upskilling" are going to be very important to me going forward.

The ideal workplace (or employer) will be able to recognize the strengths of their workforce and make efforts to utilize those strengths to their advantage. Clear, concise communication and documented instruction as to how and from whom one receives given responsibilities should be at the forefront (at least at the entry-level). They will also have a path for advancement to include opportunities for constant learning/training.
