Superpower Mentors is an online global mentorship program focused on empowering those with Dyslexia, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder ( ADHD) and other learning and attention challenges. Since its inception in 2019 we have impacted over 750 children and young adults helping them to build their confidence and develop strategies for self-advocacy. By advocating for these individuals and promoting awareness about the challenges they face through our mentoring program, we strive to help them succeed and gain confidence. We work with educational facilities, private citizens and non profit organizations

Why Are We Interested In Neuroinclusive Hiring?

Our company is the first of its kind for mentoring neurodivergent young people. We want to exclusively hire and support the neurodivergent community, and are looking forward to sourcing our open roles with Mentra.
