Evan Robins
I have autism and there are some sensory breaks that make my day successful. I work best when tasks are time managed and pressure free. Environments that work best for me are open communication and an understanding employer who values neurodivergent employees with sensory needs. An environment that is free of sudden loud noises and noises that are above relatively normal levels in the workplace.
Ideal Workplace Values
Teams who care for each others work outcomes and companies who care about the environment. Women led organizations are ideal for me. Leadership must have a clear idea of how to manage teams and workers according to their individual needs.
