Ideal Workplace Values

I excel in remote positions, as the distance allows me to remain more focused on my job than if I was in a busy office atmosphere. An ideal employer for me would be one who understands the value of their employees both as workers and people, and who demonstrates this by taking care of their employees. For example, the quality of healthcare offered by a company is a large factor in whether or not I could be a good fit within their company.
