About Me

Experienced Insurance Professional with a demonstrated ability to work as a trusted advisor to industry leaders, negotiate with insurers on behalf of clients and manage a team. Product development and data analytics are my strengths as I have a remarkable ability to work alone with little supervision. Coming from a family of entrepreneurs; yet, not wanting to stay in their "box" for the rest of my life, I possess strong business acumen and recognize patterns and trends quickly. Skilled in Negotiation, Microsoft Office Suite, Sales, Management, Budgeting, and Planning/ Analyzing the company's financials. Strong communication skills with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Communication from The University of Texas at San Antonio. MBA graduate 2022. I'm passionate about video editing, airplanes and my Shar Pei, Cash. I helped our company win Best of Business 4 years in a row with an industry-leading storage magazine, Inside Self Storage. I was published for the first time at 10 years old and have always enjoyed writing, writing countless industry articles over most of the past 10 years spent in the storage industry as an insurance vendor. I served on the Young Leader's Group Board of Directors as a "Senator", I serve on On The Move, Inc.'s Board of Directors, and also serve on the New Jersey Self Storage Associations Board of Directors, two of which were elected positions by my peers.

Ideal Workplace Values

The values of an ideal workplace would be that the workplace supports diversity, a team environment, and a work-life balance. Advocacy wise: I support wanting to protect any oppressed group, especially those with invisible disabilities like mental illness or neurodivergences.
