Ideal Workplace Values

For me, an ideal neurodivergent-friendly workplace would encourage transparency, honesty and reliability. I do appreciate structure within a work environment however; it is an added bonus if an employer values autonomy and creative license. I appreciate an environment where employees feel seen and heard, where management is transparent, and where teams are proud and excited to work together.
