He/him
During the pandemic, I learned how to program. It was one of the most difficult things I've ever done and at the end of my learning, after I landed my first job, I felt so proud of myself. I've spent 12+ years in front-facing jobs and have used those to hone my people skills. I love astrophotography, photojournalism, social justice, animals, longboarding/snowboarding/skiing, hiking, camping/backpacking, and hockey! I'm also a huge fan of stinky cheeses and fine wines. My current role is in Cyber Security, which I love. I took the lead on Automation Testing during my first year in the role. I thrive in an environment where I can impact outside my immediate team. I am always happy to help and share knowledge whenever needed.
Ideal Workplace Values
My ideal workplace would be somewhere that is making a real difference in the world for everyone, not just the upper class. I believe that if we do something we truly believe in, we won't work a day in our life. Things I am passionate about would be, social justice, green energy, healthcare expansion, and mental healthcare.

I have a strong eye for detail, I'm able to detect patterns and point them out where others miss them. I have ADHD so often that I will become totally enveloped in a project for countless hours on end, hyper-focusing on it to the point that I tune everything else out. This allows me to enter flow states easily and make progress at a quick pace. I also tend to be a big-picture thinker that is capable of finding creative solutions that are considered outside-of-the-box thinking. Working in restaurants I learned how to communicate and develop interpersonal relationships, as well as be able to read body language. I have a hyper-like focus and attention to detail when it comes to interactions with other people that I use to create enjoyable experiences.
