I am both analytical and detail oriented. I can stay on task even with 'background' distractions. I explicitly understand the importance of good verbal and written communication skills and have worked on these. This has also allowed me to train other team members as with my last position at CAI. I can avoid 'unproductive office politics', while being a good team collaborator. I am a proactive and creative problem solver who anticipates and solves or circumvents potential issues, saving time and money.
