As a hardworking creative thinker and "activator," I believe I can be an asset to my employer in several ways. For instance, I excel at bringing ideas to life, and with my creative thinking skills and ability to activate others, I can take abstract concepts and turn them into tangible results. My employer can count on me to help bring the company's vision to life. Furthermore, I am a team player who is skilled at building relationships and working collaboratively. I can be relied upon to help others work together to achieve shared goals, which I believe is critical for the success of any team.

My neurodivergent mind allows me to hyperfocus on user pain points, think strategically on creative solutions to problems that may not have been considered before. I was able to leverage these skills in college at Georgia Tech where I pursued a project in my dorm room and developed a business plan along with a 15-page grant proposal. My approach allowed me to identify innovative solutions to problems that had not been considered before, and to create a comprehensive plan that ultimately won us $300K in funding from the Department of Health and Human Services.
