Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Associate Systems Engineer to support our F-15 Program and to join The Fighter and Strike Aircraft Sustainment SEIT team in St. Louis, MO. This dynamic team is made up of project, integration, avionics, and systems engineers responsible for the sustainment of domestic, foreign military sale (FMS), and direct commercial sale (DCS) F-15s. They also support production and modernization efforts in Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) and ensure successful transition of those efforts to BGS for post-production sustainment once fielded.
What you will do:
· Work with various product support elements in BGS and engineering teams in BDS to enable program execution across the life-cycle
· Development, verification, and documentation of product support requirements for F-15 System Specification
· Review and support development of program Basis of Estimates (BoE) and Statements of Work (SoWs) for SEIT team
· Assist lead engineers with investigation of technical issues
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
· Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry
· 1+ years of experience collaborating across teams
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):
· 1+ year experience with DOORs software
· 1+ year experience with Risk management
Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

Summary pay range: $81,600 – 110,400
