Justin Barton

I am a survivor, a first generation cycle breaker. I'm an artist and a healer. I'm a teacher and a student. My areas of interest all align with service in one way or another. I grew up in a southern kitchen, so I know how to cook and cook well. I grew up with my nose in a book, so I know if I don't know the answer to something, it won't be hard to find out. I am hyper-aware of my surroundings and have some fast reflexes, so I'm great with children and the elderly. I have a servant's heart and the power of kings and if given the right environment everyone benefits from my employment.

Ideal Workplace Values

I enjoy working with a team of five or less people all working independently of each other. I like when teammates see one another having a hard time and help out, I like when employees can be friendly with their bosses and their bosses reciprocate. If someone sees me struggling to speak because I've perceived im being ignored, they help me get the attention of the room to allow me to get my words across. The ideal workspace is one where employees help each other advance and pull their own weight to the best of their ability. That everyone on the team is equals and seniority isn't a qualification.
