Neuroexceptional Talents

I am extremely detail-oriented and I think deeply and creatively about how to approach solution-oriented avenues. Another aspect of my neurodivergence thinking that is beneficial is that I am I am consistently analyzing the potential consequences of decisions and how that affects the future. Additionally, when I am focused on a task, I become laser-focused on the work due to my high concentration. I am also adept at pattern recognition. Additionally, I am a methodical task executor as I thrive in working on assignments and tasks that include structured instructions that clearly explain what is expected and how to execute the function(s) required. Another strength related to my neurodivergence is my loyalty, trustworthiness, honesty, and my unyielding perseverance in the face of obstacles that arise. I have experience extensively writing research reports from graduate school in addition to continuing research when working at a homeless shelter non-profit organization for the first two years of my career. I am extremely open to learning about new ways of life, perspectives, opinions, cultures, and general unique qualities of the various individuals that make up our society. After working at two different nonprofit organizations focused on homelessness and mental health, respectively, a multitude of professional and life skills have evolved over the past three-plus years since having graduated with my Master of Public Health. I am able to communicate with a variety of different people in different situations; After having provided care for those during their worst moments, I feel that I can handle intensive situations, conflicts, and achieve efficient problem-solving in a variety of different contexts. Additionally, I have had the opportunity to learn multiple different data management platforms, including an up-and-coming AI program through my current employer, and feel comfortable with learning new computer systems and using it to perform work functions. I enjoy working with data and information systems.
