About Me

I enjoy problem and puzzle solving, from the daily crossword and sudoku to creating VBA code and formulas to examine a data set based on parameters. If I don't readily have the tools needed for a problem, I will seek them out and learn various options before applying the best fit. In past employment, I have quickly advanced in position and responsibilities. This includes growing from QC technician to manager in a matter of months as well as being the administrator for pricing documents as a temporary employee.

Ideal Workplace Values

The values of an ideal workplace would include environmental stewardship, equity in diversity, involved in the community, effective communication, and integrity.

Skills & Strengths

Neuroexceptional Talents

I can hyperfocus on a problem and explore issues until a solution or root cause is found. I have an eye for detail and can see patterns that others can't. I can ask questions that others would overlook. I can observe people and adapt to their social styles to increase productivity, gain information, and better instruct/teach/coach them. My ability to detect nuance leads to more robust standard operating procedures and best practices through critical thinking and pattern differentiation. I can develop tools that are fit to people's needs so they can also make sense of data sets.
