I am seeking a career shift to a part-time Bookkeeping role. As somebody who has been working remotely for the past several years, I am well practiced at completing work independently, keeping on top of work that needs to be done, and making sure tasks are completed in a timely manner. I have years of experience working with Excel, both creating and updating spreadsheets, and can use Excel formulas with ease. I have a strong technical background and learn software very quickly. Earlier this year, I completed an INTUIT academy Bookkeeping Specialization, and have passed the INTUIT Bookkeeping exam. The course gives me a solid understanding of general accounting concepts, assets, liabilities, reconciliation, and financial reporting, and focused on learning QuickBooks online. I also have experience working with invoicing and payments in Stripe and PayPal and look forward to expanding my bookkeeping skillset.
