I place a high value on getting into detail instead of brushing things over as abstractions. I identify myself as analytical and objective when considering tradeoffs. I find myself running quite a bit of math mentally as well as being willing to ask questions when I feel like I need more detail or teammates could use more detail. This detail-orientation, I believe, can put me in a place to more easily mentor others. I've also been able to make impactful contributions even while ramping up on new technologies, toolings, frameworks, etc... as a means of quickly gathering experience.
