About Me

I am a passionate and enthusiastic person hoping to find a long-term career. Fulfillment in the workplace is very important to me. I want to feel like I’m inspiring others and making their lives easier and better! I’m great at working on multiple projects. I have ADHD and jumping between projects makes it easier to focus on long-term goals. I devote myself fully to every project and take pride in all that I do. I enjoy figuring out new ways to make work life easier for others and I’m a full believer in working harder now to save yourself hassle later on. I try to find the most efficient way to complete tasks without cutting corners or sacrificing quality. I love teaching others and I have a wide range of interests and a variety of office skills. I am used to learning brand new things as challenges arise and I never back down from a new project. I even learned how to make and edit videos from scratch when I never had done such a thing before! I’m not afraid to take on new things and any project I’m handed, I’ll jump into it with all my heart and soul!

Ideal Workplace Values

I enjoy a workplace that does actually see value in their employees, instead of treating them as expendable. I feel strongly about proper training in the workforce for new tasks and that one shouldn’t be afraid to ask questions. I also value a workforce that puts trust into their employees—especially ones who have been with the company for a while. Micro-managing is not something that I work well with, as I tend to move at a fast pace, but often with different methods than a neurotypical person might use. Mental health is, of course, extremely important to me, as is physical health. I value a workplace that actually listens to their employees and can recognize their struggles and see them as something to work through, instead of ignoring them.
