I am a blind man who is interested in the culinary field. I live in Sacramento CA and I have a bakery certificate from American River College. I suspect I might have Autism yet have not been diagnosed. If I were to work I would need accommodations in a kitchen environment. I get around my own kitchen just fine because I know where everything is. If I'm familiar with my environment I can thrive.
