I single-handedly transformed my organization's data infrastructure from a single spreadsheet into a robust, automated system. Recognizing critical gaps in my organization's data infrastructure and processes, I independently learned and applied a wide range of technical skills to directly address these needs. This included building a robust data infrastructure from the ground up, acquiring expertise in SQL, Python, Bash, and JavaScript to develop and maintain automated data collection, transformation, and reporting pipelines. I designed and built a user-friendly staff portal, designed, constructed, and monitored a PostgreSQL database, optimized database entry forms, and automated complex data validation processes, freeing up staff time for higher-value tasks and ensuring data-driven decision-making.
