I am a Latinx Student at Year Up (graduating soon) with extreme ambition to step foot onto the many paths Project Management has to offer. With a Google PM Certificate (received this early March), I will strive to turn this ambition into reality. Being elected president of my high school's art club senior year, not only grew my passion for art but unknowingly led me toward my passion for Project Management.

I find fulfillment in planning accordingly to the tasks on hand and finding ways to adjust to possible changes along the way to execute them on schedule. I enjoy working one-on-one or with a large group, which allows me to create and organize objectives, and break them down into tasks. I thrive with managers who communicate daily, set clear expectations, and provide constructive feedback. Within the work place culture inclusive of different races, ethnicities, neurodiverse, and LGBTQ+ employees is extremely important to me.
