My passions are performing my instrument, traveling, and cooking. As a musician, I know what hard work is and how to dedicate myself and my time to a task. I started my tech journey in high school when I would use inspect element and figure out how to change web pages, and what changed what. After that, I started learning Java using the Eclipse IDE. I worked for a cruise ship company as a musician for several years after college, where I was able to experience a constantly shifting team while still delivering consistent results both as a team and individually. While working for the cruise ships, I started coding in my free time. Due to the pandemic, I decided to transition to software engineering and utilize my creative skills to create value and help local businesses. I am now looking to bring my skills to join a team to build bigger and better applications.
