I value clear, accessible communication to avoid misunderstandings, ownership, and recognition through project autonomy and feedback that’s personalised to my needs. Mental health support is also essential to me, from wellness resources to policies prioritising balance. Having the ability to personalise my workspace for comfort is key, as is leadership that actively supports neurodiversity.
