Whether it's a game, or a massive undertaking of another time that needs to have multiple departments/companies come together for success and an end goal. I'm highly detail oriented with a passion & focus on where the natural world meets fantasy and how we can continually expand the cutting edge of science fiction and the fantasy worlds by better understanding our own. While I deeply enjoy leading teams, I prefer to have teams I can check in with that also contain autonomous skilled team members working towards a combined goal. I also enjoy helping to set a course for success for others and LOVE watching someone develop themselves, and being able to help coach them towards their goals.

Ideal Workplace Values

An ideal work place for me would be remote work, or Hybrid. I thrive deply in my own space, so either working from home, or having an office that I could come into and work at would be prefered. Alternatively if there was office/outdoor space where one could work that would also be awesome. Any place that doesn't force its workers/clients to listen to music. It's from a bygone era, please stop. We have the capacity to have music if we want it, otherwise there's no sense overloading anyone with noise. Think of it as saving one more subscription the company doesn't have to pay for. I prefer bosses that are straight forward and lead with integrity above all else. I want someone who's willing to let me know where they see me struggling, or where they see I could develop for either myself or the company, and be open to feedback in the same. "Open Door Policy" companies are often great until someone brings development for the Boss. No one's perfect, lets all reach greater capacities together! I run WIDE open and sometimes that means I see EVERYTHING that needs to be completed, & I'll need time to take a step back, orgranize everything for max deligation, THEN push forward. If I suddenly get a "glazed" look & walk off, or suddenly start yawning continually & excuse myself I've likely reached "OVERLOAD/Overstimulation" & am going into shut down mode. ALLOW ME TO LEAVE. You'll benefit by my healing quicker & coming back renewed without having to need extended leave times to heal. There are times where I DO need to take longer times off, once "Vacation/Sick Time" is used, that's ok, if I need it, I can take unpaid. When I am at work, I only know how to give 110%.
