About Me

#ADHD#Workday

I struggled for years trying to find a "real career" doing meaningful work that I enjoyed. I have worked with databases for 15 years in various roles, and when I started using Workday, I realized that systems work is perfect for me. I love creating processes, documenting procedures, improving efficiency, troubleshooting, testing, and learning new things. I thrive on the instant gratification of solving a problem or correcting an error. Being able to dig into my work without the distractions of constant contact with other coworkers has allowed me to realize that this is something I'm good at and my brain understands.

Ideal Workplace Values

I am looking for a company that views its employees as valued assets, not just expenses. I want a supportive culture with a company that is invested in growing and developing employees. Working remotely has allowed me to create boundaries and avoid many workplace conflicts and distractions.
