Tyler Engel

Over the past 5 years I've been working hard at achieving my goal of being a professional software engineer. Taking this hobby and passion of mine and turning it into a career hasn't been easy. It started 5 years ago with my first high school coding class where I immediately fell in love. For the next 3 years I took every coding and computer science class my high school had to offer as well as watching any videos/lectures I could find when I got home. Once graduation came I knew that my passion for coding was a career I wanted to pursue as a software engineer. I wanted to get my career off the ground as soon as possible so I enrolled in an immersive bootcamp called Hack Reactor where over the course of 750+ hours I learned everything I need to become a successful full stack engineer.
