I've come to realize that understanding how people and accountability work together is essential in suggesting opportunities for improvement within an organization. Early in my career, I began identifying disturbances in the ways companies accomplish their goals. I was passionate about building things with numbers and solving complex problems that improve efficiency and scalability. My focus now is on the order of magnitude in meeting company goals, and I've found that a creative approach to my work is more effective than a technical one. What sets me apart from my counterparts is my intuitive tendencies, which begin in the middle or even the end of a business process. Those who think linearly have been intrigued by my curious nature.
