William Mironchuk
I am a recent graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst earning a BS in Computer Science with a focus in Networking and Cyber Security. While a student, I became proficient in five computer languages. I gained experience with front-end and back-end development while collaborating with a team of other students to create an employee commendation system prototype for an HR services company. I participated in research on the deconstruction of bubble-sort graphs into Hamiltonian Cycles. I aided in the creation of a Smart Checklist to reduce cognitive strain on surgeons during aortal bypass surgery. Additionally, I was a member of the UMass Team for the Northeast Collegiate Cyber Defense Competition and a board member of the UMass Pen-Testing Club. My dream is to use my networking expertise to help others overcome censorship and make full use of computers' power in their daily lives. I spend my spare time reading articles on programming techniques, experimenting with the latest programs, and looking into new and exciting programming languages. When not thinking about computers, I enjoy being in nature, traveling, trying new foods, and spending time with my extended family.

I usually find it easier to think about problems as a set of generalized instructions or flowchart graphs than the average person. This helps me to visualize the problem in terms of program code.
