Working for an employer that values and communicates - trust, kindness and respectful communities. I would like a remote role or hybrid role. Leadership and defined goals are important for me in the workplace. Communication is valuable to me as I would need to know all details and resources in order to excel in my role. Being given the training and tools to complete tasks in my role is necessary.
